Gaming

Businesses unsure whether a game or machine on their premises qualifies as a legal amusement game must ask the Florida Gaming Control Commission for a ruling before buying, installing, or operating it. Operating without that ruling, or dealing in illegal slot machines, would carry criminal penalties. The bill died without becoming law.
