Virtual Currency KiosksMiami-Dade

Requires businesses that operate Bitcoin and crypto ATM kiosks to register with the state, follow new consumer-protection rules, and face discipline or shutdown for violations. Unregistered kiosk operators would be banned from doing business in Florida.
