Patient Funds Held in Trust by Chiropractic Physicians
Removes the cap on how much money a chiropractor can hold in a trust account on behalf of patients. Previously, chiropractors faced a legal limit on those funds; now they can hold any amount, giving them more flexibility to manage patient settlement or treatment funds.
