Civil Liability for the Wrongful Death of an Unborn Child

Would let parents sue for wrongful death if an unborn child dies due to someone else's negligence or wrongful act. Doctors cannot be sued for lawful medical care, and mothers cannot be sued under this law. The bill died without a vote.
