Assessments Levied on Recreational Vehicle Parks
Limits how counties, cities, and special districts can calculate special assessments on RV parks. Assessors must exclude certain portions of parking spaces or campsites from the taxable calculation and must factor in the park's actual occupancy rates when setting assessment amounts.
