Homestead ExemptionsMiami-Dade
Expands who can claim the homestead property tax exemption by broadening the definition of who legally 'owns' a home. People holding certain ownership interests—like trust beneficiaries or those with equitable title—can now more easily qualify, potentially lowering their property tax bill.
