S 0094
Suicide Prevention for Active and Former Members of the United States Armed Forces, the National Guard, and their Reserve Components
Would require hospitals and other facilities that hold someone involuntarily under the Baker Act to note in their required report whether that person is an active-duty or former military member or National Guard/Reserve member. This helps the state track and improve suicide prevention efforts for veterans and service members.
