Commercial Motor Vehicles Operated by Unauthorized AliensMiami-Dade

Would have required law enforcement to arrest undocumented immigrants found driving commercial trucks or buses, hand them to federal immigration agents, and impound their vehicles. Trucking companies could face fines if they knowingly let undocumented workers drive. The bill died without becoming law.
