Candidate Qualification

Would require anyone running for office in Florida to be registered with a political party—or as a no-party-affiliation voter—for at least 365 consecutive days before qualifying begins. Candidates or parties could sue in circuit court to enforce the rule. Violators would be blocked from the ballot.
