Relief of Reginald Jackson by the City of Lakeland

Would have required the City of Lakeland to pay Reginald Jackson compensation for injuries caused by Lakeland Police Officer Mike Cochran's negligence. The bill set limits on how much could go to attorney fees. It died without becoming law.
