Former Phosphate Mining Lands

Lets property owners near old phosphate mine sites sue for damages under specific conditions, allows recording a formal notice that land was once mined, and requires state health officials to test radiation levels on those parcels when asked. Radiation test results must be included in any related lawsuit.
