Minimum Age for Firearm Purchase or Transfer
Would have lowered the minimum age to buy a firearm in Florida from 21 to 18. Gun dealers and other licensed sellers could legally sell or transfer firearms to 18-, 19-, and 20-year-olds again. The bill died without a vote.
