Shari'a and Other Foreign LawMiami-Dade
Would have barred Florida courts from enforcing contracts, rulings, or decisions that apply Sharia or certain foreign legal systems. Agreements relying on those laws would be void, and cases could not be moved to courts that use them. The bill was withdrawn before it was formally introduced.
