Veterinary Prescription Disclosure
Vets must now tell pet owners they can get a written prescription to fill anywhere, not just at the vet's office. Clients must sign an acknowledgment. Vets cannot discourage outside pharmacies or imply outside filling is unsafe. Offices must post this rights notice.
