Rapid Rail Transit CompactMiami-Dade

Would have let Florida's governor sign a multistate rapid rail transit agreement and join the Southern Rail Commission, a body that coordinates passenger rail service across the South. The goal was to expand and improve intercity passenger train service among member states. The bill died in committee.
