Sexual Offenders and Sexual Predators
Tightens rules for sex offenders: expands where they can't live or loiter near children, bans them from contacting minors at schools or child care sites, lets police arrest without a warrant on probable cause, and updates registration checks employers must run before hiring them near kids.
