Assessments Levied on Recreational Vehicle Parks

Limits how counties, cities, and special districts can calculate special assessments on RV parks, barring them from charging fees against certain portions of parking spaces or campsites. Local governments must also factor in an RV park's occupancy rates when setting those assessments. The bill was tabled in favor of a Senate companion.
